  • Khazeena Hub offers a 7-day refund policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable).

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Gift cards.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Do not return items without prior approval from our team — unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
